Having provided high-end staffing solutions via recruitment and consulting channels, it became obvious that there were few firms that positioned themselves to support institutions in a fashion that best suited their needs. FreQuant was created to support all channels across the staffing spectrum and to provide transparency on delivery and pricing across all models. Where other firms take ownership of deliverables, FreQuant was created to integrate into the workflow of clients with the sole aim of delivering work via augmentation, rather than control. Our model allows us to be flexible and also highly price competitive, creating the best all-around solution for clients and the candidates that help to deliver the work.
